Found in 1917 the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) traces its roots back to 1882 when electric and gas operations began in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As the largest electric utility in New Mexico, today PNM serves more than 500,000 New Mexico residential and business customers.

Over many years, huge amounts of asset documentation had accumulated at the PNM Farmington Power Station. Employees were struggling to reliably identify the correct content, especially since there was a lot of duplication. PNM decided to seek a solution that would provide a single source of truth for all critical asset documentation. It needed to be a cost-effective, easy to use solution that would allow users to get to the information they needed.

In this project, PNM also used Viewport Connectors for AutoDesk Vault, OSIsoft PI, SharePoint, and File.
